Unlike some suppliers who only spot-check 10% of their stock, SIUNI maintains a strict 100% inspection rate. Every single unit must be powered on and run continuously to prove its stability.
Why the "Aging Test" is Critical for Bi-LEDs
LEDs are sensitive to heat. A projector might look bright when you first turn it on, but will it survive a 5-hour night drive in the summer?
Our aging test forces the components to reach their maximum operating temperature to verify two things:
- Thermal Dissipation: We ensure the fan and heat sink are effectively pulling heat away from the LED chips.
- Driver Stability: We test the internal driver against voltage fluctuations to prevent future flickering.
If a lens is going to fail, we want it to fail here in our factory, not on your customer's car.

- Duration: Continuous operation for 4 hours .
- Monitoring: Real-time monitoring of color temperature and brightness consistency.
- Result: Any unit showing even a micro-flicker or color shift is immediately rejected
